Bad communication but I love the brush!

I honestly love this brush I’ve bought it 2 times so far however this time I bought it I only charged it once and I was unable to charge it again. I’ve reached out to the people who sent it to me and they have yet to respond. If the communication was better with the manufactures this would definitely be a 10/10!

Pros

It's the best purchase I've ever made so far! Get it! Your skin will thank you for it.

Cons

The motor may be weak, not providing adequate power for a deep cleanse
