Update: I received a shipment but did not order anything that day. It was a replacement massager with a note from the company apologizing to me for the faulty massager I bought. I was shocked. First of all, I never got a replacement without asking, and to get a letter on top of that was really unusual. I didn't contact the company thinking it wouldn't matter and my complaint was just brushed aside and I'm out of luck because it's been over a month. This Belmint company stands behind their products and if they do what they did to me I will always feel confident that if there is ever a problem they will do the right thing. The fact that a company monitors and reads reviews and contacts me says a lot about their standards. Belmint is very satisfied. Thank you Belmint for caring about your customers and proving that customer service matters. By the way, I will send the defective massager back soon. I got it and it was amazing. I've used it 3 times with no problems. and it was great. I used it again and it stalled like it ran out of gas except it was using electricity. I know it has been charged. It continued to do so. It hung or stuttered. I thought if I leave him alone for a while he might get back to normal. I didn't touch him. I tried again and the same.
