Big Cold Pill

I like the supplement. It doesn't seem to help my sleep, but it does help with my general mood throughout the day and reduces my stress levels. The only issue I had was that 2 capsules broke in the container during shipping resulting in the remaining tablets being covered in 'dust' which is not very appetizing but not a deal breaker.
