Helpful customer service

Although I had issues with the watch not going very long without charging, forcing me to create new accounts to use it and not sending push notifications from phone to watch, the support staff was very helpful. They went out of their way to ensure my needs regarding this smartwatch situation were met. I'm changing my rating from 2 stars to 3 just to reflect the quality of customer service and not the device itself.
