first let me say that I am a Native American and I am 46 years old. I have always had droopy eyelids and in the last 2 years the eyelid has started to slowly "close" the eyes at the corners and most of the eyelid rests on my lashes. I'm waiting for an upper blepharoplasty, but right now I wanted to do something to "support" my eyelids. It's not just a cosmetic thing, heavy eyelids are really tiring and painful. I saw their tests on YouTube so I decided to give it a try (I have nothing to lose). I am so pleasantly SURPRISED! It took a few tries to get the placement right, but after that it was quite easy to use! I would recommend watching a tutorial video on YouTube for proper placement, but after that it's very easy to find the right spot for your eyes. I was nervous that I couldn't blink (laughs). But there were no problems. I've also found that droopy eyelids tend to get "greasy" under a hood, so I prefer to apply an eyeshadow primer and then tape it off (I find it safer on a lid). I've tried putting shadows with theses and it's certainly possible. I would not recommend this. For those who care, you'll also be able to see the tape on the eyelids, which you definitely won't see. First, it's hidden under your eyelid, and second, it's a clear piece of double-sided tape, very thin. This will be your secret. lol! When you're on the fence. JUST BUY!
