D U P Piece Wonder Eyelid Makeup Review

I watched some YouTube videos before trying this. I am satisfied with my first attempt! Pictured below is before and above is after. As I get better, and I'm sure I will, I'll add a new one afterwards. ***EDIT*** The second set of images shows the progress. The bottom is before, the middle is on first use, and the top is after five or six uses of the product. I'm happy.

first let me say that I am a Native American and I am 46 years old. I have always had droopy eyelids and in the last 2 years the eyelid has started to slowly "close" the eyes at the corners and most of the eyelid rests on my lashes. I'm waiting for an upper blepharoplasty, but right now I wanted to do something to "support" my eyelids. It's not just a cosmetic thing, heavy eyelids are really tiring and painful. I saw their tests on YouTube so I decided to give it a try (I have nothing to lose).

In one of my photos that I attach, the tape is only on the left eye, on the other both. I don't know why I couldn't make them symmetrical. Pros: You can't see the tape at all. I have been using these for many years and have found them to be the most effective for creating double eyelids after trying several other adhesives and Tried adhesive tapes (including 2 different Koji Eye Talks, The Darkness eye and eyelash glue and randomly other Korean and Japanese brands). Don't worry about "soft" DUPs either, as they don't hold up nearly as well as this one. They're hard to get used to. They must be handled very carefully so that they do not stick to the fingers and compromise adhesion before landing on the eyelid. They are easy to place incorrectly on the lid. They're cut so that the ends have a sharp point rather than a slight curve, so no matter how thin the plastic is, you'll still have little plastic dots on your skin and after a while it starts to itch. I've tried different types of double sided tape and eye glue and I think this is my favorite. I appreciate how thin it is and how it tapers to a very small edge on the sides of the tape, as in my previous attempts at other tapes the thicker, more rounded sides made it difficult to hold in place. I can sometimes feel the stinging of the tape due to this edge, but overall I think having that sharper edge on the sides of the tape makes your double lids much more visible and lasts longer.

Amazing instant results! Gives you a quick little eye lift, very good for eyes with droopy eyelids. Can't believe I didn't find this sooner, it seems like I'm raising my eyebrows unnecessarily and it's not uncomfortable. Makes my eyes look bigger, more visible and with more space under the eyelids. Insertion is not difficult either. I figured it out in five minutes, and I can't even add contacts that easily.

I've used many brands of eye tape and they all have the same problem, when you remove it from the plastic case it doesn't stick to your eye. If you're successful, another problem is that it tends to stick to your eyelid before you can position it properly. And when you try to peel it off to correct the placement, the stickiness is lost and the edges don't stick, and a little plasticity is visible under the folds of the eyelid.
