These headphones were used on an airplane. The noise cancellation definitely makes a difference. If you're connected instead of using Bluetooth, the noise cancellation works even better. I used this on my Nintendo Switch on a plane and didn't hear the plane's engine at all. However, using Bluetooth while watching movies didn't have the same effect. The sound quality is as expected for the price. On the plus side, these headphones have a headphone jack, so there's no need for Bluetooth or a battery. However, the noise canceling function requires a battery.
