I bought this item because of the number of zippable locks it had and thought this was a worthy security feature (quiet unique in this respect to other bags because both the laptop and camera compartment are lockable). However, apart from this, the bag has served me very poorly. The zip broke after a couple of weeks meaning the bag will not zip up and renders it frustratingly unusable. Using the bag is not very comfortable at all and feels like you are carrying a box on your back. I contacted Revain but they didn't do anything to help since I took the bag abroad and was unable to post back to them (I am constantly travelling). They then suggested I contact Caden, the manufacturer. I sent them 2 emails, to which they have not responded once. So all in all, very disappointed and feel like I have lost $70. I cannot recommend, firstly for the poor quality manufacturing and secondly for the poor customer service.
