The bag is completely functional, if it was built better. The luggage strap is too tight and doesnt work. The zipper constantly pops open if I fill even a bit too much. it's a little heavy ( i'm 5'1 & 105lbs which might be why i think it's heavy). besides that, all of the pockets have a purpose and it's a super practical backpack.

So I just got this and so far it's perfect for what I need. It's big enough to travel with on the airplane and have my electronics including camera and a change of cloths on the bag.Few areas of improvement:Center zupper does not have lock holesNo additional padding on the bottom such as rubber pads for when placing it on the ground.Waist strap should be thicker/ more than just a strap.Will update if anything happens but so far so good.

I was so suspicious of this backpack, considering I had just bought a $200+ bag that absolutely sucked. But this bag is the best backpack I’ve ever had. The ability to ditch the outer bag and then only use the small crossbody is perfect for versatility and mobility. I love it. Could not be more pleased with it. So much space too. I’m curious to see how it lasts long term, but after about a week and a half of everyday use, I think this is the perfect bag.

The water bottles holder has fallen apart and will no longer support a bottle. Additionally, many of the seams on the backpack have split, causing the inner padding to fall out. I have only used this backpack sporadically for about 2 months and am disappointed it is already failing.
