Penetrates through thick coats of paint or paint

Stripper Pad works well for thicker coats of paint on the steel auto parts I work with. You must be careful as heat/friction can negatively affect disc life. This helps use the disc at the 10:00 contact position at a slight angle, rather than trying to use the disc horizontally.
