. Feel free to buy this. I'm 5'4 and have trouble wearing skirts that are too long. The length is perfect and the ruffles and ties are such a cute detail. I bought it in yellow and purple. My only complaint is that not all colors are available for first class shipping! I wear size 10 and it fits me. Definitely versatile for many sizes.
