Good customer service. Works for heightening toe box.

My order was missing the set of metal spot stretching plugs, so I contacted FootFitter. Their response was prompt, courteous, and I received the plugs quickly. Using the stretcher is easy after taking a bit of time to understand the instructions and how to work the different dials. Using it with a stretching spray to increase the height of the toe box on size 7.5 running shoes. I leave the stretcher in for as long as I can wait -- a few days -- and it works well.
