Too big. I don't think the problem isn't with the shoes themselves, but rather that my son is in an intermediate stage in his search for classic shoes. He wears a men's figure eight in athletic shoes, but the dress shoes appear to be a completely different shoe size based on the construction of the shoe, not the size of the foot (I'm guessing he's a size and a half smaller in that shoe). The shoes are attractive and appear to be well made. Would I buy again (just smaller).
