The ability for users with different levels in our org can use this tool without needing any training or support from Salesforce administrators/support team members! No more waiting days if you need access during normal business hours when admin is not available (which was always problematic). Sometimes it takes too long between updates which makes us think that they are working hard but sometimes there's just no update at all - I wish we could see how many people have used certain report vs total number who should be able to view them so as to know whether its worth asking someone else about why some user cannot open specific report againt others. We love having one place where everyone has visibility into key KPIs across multiple departments & functions allowing faster decision making process wen problems arise. It also helps track progress against targets using dashboards easily accessible by anyone regardless of role level. This allows better collaboration among teams especially those outside sales function since now reps don't necessarily need direct contact person anymore.
