The ability for users with different levels in our org can use this tool without needing any training or support from Salesforce administrators/support team members! No more waiting days if you need access during normal business hours when admin is not available (which was always problematic). The simplicity in which you can produce different report types with one dashboard is amazing! I wish we had this feature when first starting out at my current position as it would have saved me time spent searching for information that was already there but buried under other tabs/sub-tabs etc. Sometimes some things are hard to find after being hidden away from view - such as filters or sorting options (eg "by date" vs by type). The best thing about huvr is that it's very simple for users with limited technical experience or who are not familiar at all in using software like this one! I do have some issues when working from home sometimes my internet connection gets interrupted so i need someone else help me out but other than those minor things its great!!
