Review on Innovative Marine Purity Filter Media by Samantha Adams

I usually like innovative sea products but this one is terrible. I usually use Chemipure Blue but decided to give this product a try. I have an 80 gallon reef aquarium. I put it in my swamp Tuesday, my healthy Midas Blenny who had been with me for two years died Wednesday morning. Then on Friday morning my Bicolor Angel and my Singapore Angel died. No signs of illness. I too have had angels for many years. They were all healthy and ate before they died. I immediately removed the filter material, did a big water change and put my Chemipure Blue back in. Everything is much better now. In addition, all my water parameters were under control. Nitrates 0.5, nitrites 0, ammonia 0 and pH 8.2. Just be careful! I will never use anything other than Chemipure Blue again!
