I like that it's easy to use, has many features including ticketing/donation management, etc., which makes my life easier! The customer service is also very helpful with any questions or concerns about this software in general (or anything!).
It does not have an option of importing from another program such as Eventbrite so you'd need to export tickets manually if using other programs than PM - there are some third party plugins available but they don't always work well together wtih our system; we're working towards finding one though. If your organization needs help managing events / donations within their database then patron manager will definitely be able solve those problems while providing excellent support services when needed too!! We've been solving issues regarding attendance at shows by being better organized internally & having more control over who can attend certain types of performances vs others through its ability to manage.
