It's ok but doesn't dissolve well.
Tastes great and I like that it's all natural but doesn't dissolve well in cold water. The directions just say not to add ice before mixing, but it doesn't say the water can't be cold. Unfortunately, I discovered this the hard way when I took my last sip and almost choked on the bottom of my water bottle (I didn't realize that until it was too late to go back lol). The next time I mixed it, I shook my bottle after each drink and it still hadn't completely dissolved by the end. So be aware of that. I haven't tried hot water yet.
