After I put it to the test, these pre filters were a total waste of money. They did nothing to improve the air quality in my home and kitchen. I even tried washing them as instructed, but they simply did not capture any of the particles or allergens as advertised. The only positive was that they were washable, but that hardly makes up for their lack of effectiveness. Avoid these pre filters and invest in a better solution for clean air.
