Review on Rosmax Miniature Detailing Acrylics Watercolors by Amy Mcleod

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Simply good. Better quality expected.

Several brushes are chipping - not like all new brushes, but in a way that indicates poor glue work. One of the bristles came off in pieces. For the price I expected better. Also, the mount sheet is made of that dubious stuff that's a few steps smaller than paper towels. It looks like it will tear easily, but I've had reusable pouches made of the same material that you can buy at the dollar store and they've held up well. Unpleasant texture but likely absorbent. That still surprises me. The other brushes are okay, but no better than the $7-$10 starter kit from an art supply store. They are prettier, however, and you won't find these choices in a typical craft store kit. I still use them despite the flaws and it's nice that there are finally decent eyeliner brushes out there.

Pros
  • ERGONOMIC HANDLES: Long, strong, beautiful and ergonomic triangular handles. High comfort combined with firm control.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
