These are really good bamboo cutting boards. The largest size is a bit big but comes in handy when you work with a lot of food or need a large workspace. I regularly use mainly small to medium sized boards. Like all wooden cutting boards, you can clean them in the dishwasher, but I would recommend hand washing only. You should definitely buy some type of cutting board oil that can be used on cutting boards. This keeps them in good condition for longer and prevents the wood from drying out. Cutting board oil also helps protect the wood and protect it from harmful bacteria. Please note that bamboo is considered a sustainable resource as it grows very quickly. When buying wood products, pay particular attention to bamboo. Thank you!
