it's not as heavy as bulky laptop stands, but its light weight is another benefit. It has a really cool hinge design that has two sides connected but open and close. So the tech is impressive and the construction seems solid enough to support my laptops. The main advantage I feel in this style is portability. I was so impressed with its size when it collapsed!
