Review on Sierra International 18 3450 Marine Outboard by Phillip Brown

Accidents happen. When I received this the impeller that came with it was for the 2-stroke models which have a 0.4mm smaller inner diameter. I called Sierra direct and explained my predicament, he said they would have another one by Friday (it was a Thursday). I assumed they were referring to next Friday, so I was a little upset, but I got it. The next day I get a package in the mail. They nailed my impeller. That, my friends, is customer service. As a marine mechanic I have always looked into Sierra products because the price can't be beat and in most cases superior to OEM quality. I've never had a reason to call their tech support. This experience has only made me a more loyal customer.
