Rough but well fitting

I need warm underpants for winter. I wanted something cheap so I bought it. Big regret. The fabric is not soft at all. He is very rough and prickly. It feels almost like velvet without all the softness. The top fit well, but the bottom didn't. I have big thighs and it hurt pulling my pants down over my hips. I thought I could get a quality pair of briefs at a good price, but it looks like I need to invest in better quality pair of briefs.
