Leashed ripped in half after 3 months!

DO NOT BUY THIS! We have a 23lb dog and this leash broke after 3 months of use! And when I say broke, the fabric part of the leash actually ripped apart! Horrible quality. i have tried to contact the company via email and instagram many times and they have not responded .

Pros

Love it easy to control. I have arthritis and this works great

Cons

The powerful spring may cause the leash to retract too quickly, resulting in unexpected jolts for both the owner and the dog
