At first I had to cool the Radeon Fury X. This is a 275W card. I had a special card water block and just needed the rest of the cycle so I bought it. I have thermal throttling (75c hard temp limit on card) even with -35% power limit! When I reduced the power to half I managed 60c. The room was 10c/50f. After spending another $100 on another 240mm radiator and a 120mm radiator, I was actually able to take full advantage of the Fury X. I spent the extra dollar on a good coolant with as little dye as it resists corrosion better. As for ratings for cooling a sub-100W CPU, I'm sure this kit is passable on its own, but with a lower mid-range graphics card in the 150+W class, you need to seriously consider additional heatsinks and fans. The included fans have blades that are better for airflow than forcing air through the cooling fins. In general, for better printing, you need wider blades on your fans.
