I like that it's easy to use, intuitive interface makes learning very quick! The best part of this product so far has been Customer Service - they are always available when you need them most which helps me understand what my customers want/need with their licenses more quickly than other products out there. Nothing bad in particular about how Safe Guard works as much as anything else; would love if we could have some additional functionality added (like being able to assign specific users or groups access permissions). We're solving our issue here by allowing multiple people within the same organization can work from home while still maintaining security measures. It also allows us to keep track of who uses where at any given time using simple excel sheets. There was no downside mentioned during beta testing nor after launch - everything went smoothly and everyone seemed happy. My only recommendation is make sure you get trained properly - don't be afraid.
