I bought these because I had to attend the reunion and would be standing on my feet a lot. And I have a serious back injury. I wanted to try dance shoes because they are very well made and generally softer than regular street or dress shoes. WOW! Never again will I wear normal pumps or sandals to any event! They were so comfortable I didn't take them off all night! I danced with my husband without any problems. I could dance all night (I hear that song!) lol. I later bought 2 more pairs for other occasions.
