I've been watching her for a long time. Received them and there was no trace of a carbide tip. I entered the product number and was redirected to the Makita website: steel only, no carbide. This is scam territory and definitely false advertising. Don't reward sellers by buying a falsely advertised product. Be careful and stay away. PS Did you notice that the images provided for this product give the tip a different color? It's just lighting and angles. All steel, no carbide.
