Fits and works well; With the extra RAM and an upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate, it's almost like a 'real' computer. It handles "light" old games just fine (Neverwinter Nights 2, Torchlight 2, Diablo 2, etc.) and handles Solidworks 2013 and AutoCAD 2014 just fine, although it slows down when working with large files. However, I am impressed and very happy with my little netbook after these updates. If you are considering this memory for another Acer Aspire One, please make sure you have the same model (AO521) as mine with an AMD processor. Processor with integrated Radeon HD graphics processor. I don't know if standard Celeron models can handle that much RAM.
