I have migraines several times a week and it helps a lot. It doesn't get rid of migraines but when I take medication and go to rest in a dark place with cool compresses it really helps on my forehead and temples. The pleasant aroma of mint and the light aroma of lavender are relaxing. It's a small metal tube with a roll-on ball on top (much like those old roll-on deodorants) but smaller than a tube of lip balm. A cool metal roller that applies/dispenses a liquid formula to your skin and cools your skin. You have to be careful not to apply too much where it will drip into your eyes when you lie down as it will sting, so use with care. Great relaxation supplement for aromatherapy for migraines!
