I should have heeded the warnings of other reviewers on this product but given the great price of this product I took a chance and unfortunately it didn't pay off. packaged where the problem is stated. It comes folded in half, both ends of the stick are held together with rubber bands, completely destroying the stick's structural integrity. It's easy to use and I'm sure it would have worked if the bend in the middle of the wand hadn't broken off, luckily it didn't get stuck in the drain. I would love to take a picture but I just got annoyed and threw everything in the trash.
