Review on Enhanced HP DeskJet 3633 Compact All-in-One Photo Printer: Wireless Connectivity & Mobile Printing by Janis Endzelins ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The product suited me, I will recommend it to my friends.

Cartridges are very small and very expensive - if you buy, you can fly into the pipe. It is solved by buying ink (4-re 200 ml cans + syringes for 1000 on Aliexpress). The filling process is quite simple, you can, however, get dirty out of habit, so it’s better to wear gloves. Sometimes you have to out the air with the help of a special device complete with ink, otherwise empty stripes appear on the sheets, and cleaning on the printer itself does not give a result. I have already refilled it several times, because the cartridges are really small - 2 ml in color, 5 in black. It doesn’t last long, so you need to be constantly ready for new refills, and just in case, you need to have a spare set after the original cartridge is completely “killed”, but you need to print something urgently.

Pros
  • The price of this MFP attracts the most. It's hard to find cheaper. Again, it performs its functions, i. E. successfully prints and scans. Despite the flimsy plastic, from which absolutely everything is made here, so far it works fine and nothing has fallen off. I took this particular model because of the Wi-Fi module and was not disappointed - it is very convenient that you can print from any device, and the printer itself can even be put on the windowsill. The quality of the print suits me, but we must initially understand that it is better not to print photos on it. I tried on photographic paper with original cartridges - disgusting color reproduction, for some reason noticeably darker than the real photo. But the usual pictures, graphics, educational materials - with a bang. You just need to understand why you need a printer. Normal photo printing will be several times more expensive for devices.
Cons
  • 1) Connecting the printer over the network is a real quest. Even I had to fiddle with connecting and getting stuck in certain places when the step-by-step process did not want to move on. A separate joke - my PC is connected to the router via a wire - so he did not see this printer in any way, I had to connect a Wi-Fi dongle and connect it through it, then the PC normally saw it through the wire. 2) Very small and expensive cartridges - the price of a printer (see solution below)
