I think if I had a gooseneck they would fit me just right - but in their current form they could cover not only my neck and chin, but mine as well whole body wash face. Luckily, my wife has a friend who sews, so she cuts them in half and puts them back in, giving us four heating pads that are made for humans, not swans or short-necked giraffes. But the quality is good and the price is right - and four for the price is even better if you know someone who still sews. (And until you start wearing it, you'll have no idea what a cold winter wind does.)
