Bad product - Brydge not fulfilling their warranty after one month of sale?!?
Defective product. I requested a return/exchange a week after the 30-day return period was over. Rejected. Revain asked Brydge Technology to cover this as a warranty claim. Brydge Technology replied to the Revain CS representative and asked me to file a warranty claim through their website. I filled out Brydge's support ticket for CS, got a response and then got banned; Ignore all my subsequent emails/messages. Defective product combined with very bad customer service = DO NOT BUY recommendation from me!
