Bought for my new compressor to keep track of oil change hours. Zipper attaches it to the pen and it keeps track of the watch perfectly. Now it works for me as my supercharger is used as a stationary unit, but if you were towing the gear it was attached to I suppose the ride time would also be counted as there is no way to turn it off.
