This item does not work on CR-V 2019. The length from the hook that attaches to the headrest to the first bend is too short for the thickness of the seat, so the hook does not rest but sticks out and looks awkward and unsatisfactory. Also, the hook to hang your stuff is very narrow and too narrow for my wallet strap. It's probably perfect for hanging plastic shopping bag handles on. The hook looks strong enough. I got my money back and bought another one which I am very happy with.

Overall I liked them for the good build quality, low price and practicality. The only thing I don't like is that the neck of the clip isn't wide enough to hold a thicker strap. Even if I don't like it and don't use it I gave it a 5 star rating. Idea and design are nice. But they don't meet my requirements. This is the perfect hook for my bags of any size. However, there are sometimes problems lifting my bags unless the headrest is all the way down. The bag often gets caught on the hook and pulls it up. If the headrest is down this is not a problem as the headrest will hold the clip to the post. However, when the headrest is up it cannot be used because every time I lift the bag the handle gets caught on the hook and pulls the hook completely off the seat. I thought these simple headrest hooks would be handy to keep in the car to hang small grocery bags or other wrapped items to keep things from rolling around in the drive time. Unfortunately, the physical dimensions of the offset hook are not given. The basic offset hook design works, but ONLY if your seat backs are thin enough.
