Review on 🔧 High-Quality Drive Gear Kit for Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Kenmore Trash Compactor - Lifetime Appliance 882699 by Chris Hall

I bought Lifetime Appliance Drive Kit 882699 for my Kitchen Aid Compressor. It failed less than 5 months after installation. The housing around the gear nut is cracked. However, I give Lifetime Appliance credit for their customer service. I didn't contact them but 2 days after I posted my review they emailed me asking for a photo and then sent me a replacement set. Probably from the same cheap Chinese manufacturer, so I'm pessimistic this crap won't last long. On the other hand, I'm very good at getting the sealant out from under the counter, disassembling it and swapping parts!
