I like how quickly they respond to my calls or emails when there are issues with our products/services! They have been very responsive in helping us solve any issue we may be having as well as providing excellent customer service for all of their customers!! Nothing really bad about this software but if you want something simple it's not always easy at first glance because sometimes its hard finding what exactly your looking for once inside y&s system (maybe more training would help?).
We use them primarily so everyone can see who has access into certain areas within one platform instead using multiple different applications which was an old way before now where everything could easily go through 1 application rather than several separate ones -.
