I like that when my printer fails, i know who handles customer service issues because all problems are handled by one person (the owner).
This may take some time but in theory they should hire more people since their support staff isn’t very busy during regular business hours! They have been working with us throughout our transition from an old system of computers/printers into something newer which was seamless as we were using them both at once prior - just not able use print jobs between each other due scheduling differences etc.. The only thing holding me back would also being if someone could work off times better than 10am – 4pm EST MonFri 830a mSTS Fri 1p ET.
