I had a humidity monitor that I usually keep next to my pianists but decided to check our bedroom to see how dry it is now in winter. This war is down to 35% which, despite not being dinner time, leaves us waking up pretty dehydrated. When I walk from the humidity monitor to the other side of the room, it only increases the humidity by 5-10%, but placing it next to the bed helped me a lot. We ended up buying a bigger one, but it's a lot louder. On Amazon, most cheap humidifiers seem about the same, but by all means prioritize silence when putting one in your room.
