I used them on vacation to Dinosaur National Park, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. They did what I expected. They endured rafting and several hikes on Utah's rivers and canyons. The fit was pretty much a match for the shoes I wear. They were comfortable enough for a short 2-3 mile walk. I did not try my luck and walked in them for a long time. You should be aware that the sole is by no means rigid. Just a piece of rubber under your feet. It's not a supportive sole, but I wasn't expecting that. I'm just saying. My son also had a few and they lasted as well.
