Quality and customer service at LEPO are disappointing.

I was upset with my experience at LEPO as a client who was eager to brighten up my kitchen and dining spaces with some new linens. I discovered the linens to be of poor quality and not worth the money, despite their claims to offer high-grade materials. When I got my order, I found numerous loose threads and several stitching flaws. I contacted customer assistance, but I only received unhelpful and unresponsive responses. It took me several tries to even receive a response, and when I did, they didn't give any help with the problems or anything to make up for it. In addition, despite LEPO's claims of reasonable prices, I thought the products were overpriced given the level of quality. The quality of the new linens I ultimately had to buy from another retailer was noticeably different. Overall, I wouldn't suggest LEPO to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality linens. It was a difficult and unpleasant experience because of the poor customer service and the inferior merchandise.
