Review on True North by Brian Malith

That our office received an upgrade in their system was amazing, there were no glitches or problems with installation of new program! We are working remotely so this is great for us to be able to have access from home without having issues logging into my work computer as well (which has been happening!).

Being that I am not familiar yet with all aspects it's hard but learning day by day - nothing negative thus far just getting used too haha!! Not much dislike however would like more training materials available online if needed instead of needing actual physical presence which could make sense depending upon your situation/scenario being remote vs physically present employees? Also want options between different platforms including phone calls & emails etc when using true north platform only email currently supported- still exploring other ways possible though such as web conferencing via zoom.
