I have been waiting over 2 months for an OEM part that I ordered. I finally gave in and ordered this because my rack was held in place with zip ties. The directions were pretty good. I had more trouble removing the old broken part than installing this one. The instructions had well-taken photos and they all converged slightly after I aligned everything. I've been using the dishwasher with this part for 3 months now and it works smoothly with no problems. A good buy at half the cost of the original part.
