No problem with the filters themselves. They are made by RO. Although I was disappointed with their new packaging. Each filter is still individually shrink-wrapped. This is good as it helps keep them clean until the moment of use. What's new is that there is now a generic shrink wrap on the filter set instead of it in the box. The problem I had was that when using two 6 month filters there was no box to keep the other 3 filters together for the next 6 months when it came time to use them. Luckily I still had the box from the previous set of filters I bought for the RO so I could have the part number of the filters my unit uses. If this box ever gets damaged I will no longer have that number to back order another set of filters for it or to store additional filters until the time they are needed.
