2 1/2 months of use and the chair broke. I sent the seller a message with an attached picture of the broken chair. I wasn't looking for a replacement chair, just a replacement part for a broken connection. I never received an answer. It took me a while to get an answer and the first part sent was only one of the required parts but they sent the second part soon after. Parts come from China, so the whole process is long. Now the chair works perfectly and looks great.
