First you have to know what your buying here. These pots are not meant to have plants planted directly in them. they are decorative. They have no drainage holes or space for a drip tray, so they would be bad for plants. They are however the perfect size to place plants in that are already potted in an appropriate (and usually ugly) pot.The actual pot is heavy and the glaze gives them a fun and modern look. The metal stand could be upgraded, but handles the weight of the pot and plant without issue.This is a good purchase for someone who wants to accessorize with a nice decorative planter.
