My toddler loves it
This is the perfect size for my preschooler, he loves it. There aren't many cute options for the firefighter backpack he wanted, but we loved this design. Very similar to the PBK backpack. The only reason I give it less than five stars is that the chest strap/clip fell apart before he could use it. He took it to his daycare open house and the clip came off completely. We still love it, but it would have been nice to have a functional, secure clip to keep the straps taut.
