I think the title says it all but I'll clarify a bit. Suppose you have a sidewalk that has sunk into the ground on one side, resulting in a very rough road. First, BUY IT. 1 for each EDGE patch you wish to lift. Second, dig holes next to the sunken curb and then under. These 2 ton bottle jacks are so small you don't have to dig very deep. Install the jack stands and then lift up the concrete. NOTE: You will leave a gap under the concrete. The best thing to do is buy a couple of bags of cheap concrete or gravel and fill in the gap of what is now LEVEL concrete paver or slab. I'm telling you, it works BEAUTIFUL!
